Mrs. Rundzieher keeps RJ running in such a positive way from greeting parents and visitors, to helping each and every student, to making sure the substitutes feel welcomed and ready to go, to making sure the teachers have everything that they need.
She does this all with a smile and a grateful heart to be a bright spot in someone else’s day! Mrs. Rundzieher goes above and beyond for RJ and BCISD! There is so much to the “behind the scenes” work that she does that no one ever sees, and she’s a GEM!
