The Board of Trustees was pleased to recognize Layne Holder as the Quest High School Student of the Month. Principal Kristi Carruthers presented Layne with a certificate of recognition.
The Board also recognized two students from Burnet High School, Gabriella Garza and Creedin Schmidt. Both students were chosen from the CTE department, and CTE department chair Brandon Evans presented both students with certificates of recognition, along with BHS principal Casey Burkhart.
And finally, the Board recognized FCCLA (Family Community Career Leaders of America) students Elaina Alexander-Mabrey, Abigail Gatlin, and Nadhalia Bennett (not pictured) for competing at the State level. Culinary Arts teacher Cora Warwick presented them with certificates of recognition.
