"Not many people would be willing dress as Santa and visit the elementary schools to bring some joy to the great students of this wonderful district; he is always a good sport. The district as a whole is so important to him and he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone that has something to say is heard. Clay takes the time to know what each of his team is working on weekly and any problems or concerns we may be having. He is open to listening to and considering implementing new ideas. He is a great person to work with and is well respected throughout the school district."
