"Cynthia Gibson is our resident 'jack of all trades'. She helps students with technology, covers in the front office and helps students succeed in the classroom with English Language Arts.'

"Sabrina is the BCISD Payroll Coordinator. She always puts the district's employees first and works very hard to ensure their pay is correct."

Justin makes a positive impact on students every day. He and his team have built relationships with our students and bring out the in best in them!

Mr. Burkhart was nominated by our Cafeteria Manager, JoAnn Chapa, and her crew. "Casey is the best principal I have worked with in my 18 years with the district. He communicates with us daily and always lets us know what's going on and when events are taking place."

Michele is the Benefits Coordinator for BCISD. From time to time, nominations for the Gem of Appreciation come from another campus or department other than the campus that the nominee is located on, thus be the case this month!
