Gems of Appreciation

BHS Biology Teacher Lisa Skupin goes above and beyond at BHS on a regular basis! She is always there and available to help whenever and wherever needed.

Lissa Nichols is our Instructional Coach. This year in addition to supporting teachers, Lissa took on a special role in supporting families with navigating Google Classroom and Distance Learning.

Mrs. Thomas has been with Burnet CISD for more than 20 years and has served as the Quest High School Counselor for the past 4 years. Mrs. Thomas is an exceptional counselor and brings a wealth of knowledge in assisting our students.

Sheila is our school nurse and was nominated by multiple staff members.

Mr. Behrendt is always upbeat and positive. His leadership sets the bar high for the rest of us.

Mrs. Alexander has dedicated her life to being a Bulldog! She is the positive center of our BMS front office control station.

Quest High School students and staff would like to recognize Mrs. Kimberly Headrick as our March Gem of Appreciation.

Mrs. Allen is a Diagnostician at R. J. Richey Elementary. All year long we have recognized and appreciated this hard working, intelligent, kind, patient, BCISD employee.

Paige teaches 2nd Grade at SGE. She is creative in helping her students achieve their goals.

Brent is more than deserving of the Gem award, as he is truly a positive presence on campus. He knows his students in the classroom and genuinely cares about their well being
