State Powerlifting Competitors Recognized Coach Jerod Rye introduced Jayci Craig and Brailey, who recently competed in the UIL State Powerlifting meet. Both athletes achieved their personal best lifts at the meet.
Bond Oversight Committee Completes Their Mission After 2 years and 24 meetings, the Bond Oversight Committee had its last meeting on March 29. This is due to the fact that after two years, the 2014 Bond Program has reached substantial completion.
Appointments to the SpringBoard National Faculty BHS Assistant Principal Kristi Carruthers and BMS English Dept. Chair Kristie Messer have been appointed to positions on the SpringBoard National Faculty. With their appointments, there are now a total of 10 National Faculty members from the great state of Texas, with 3 (including BMS Math Dept. Chair Melanie Younger) from Burnet CISD.
