Every 5th-grader set up a design to grow crystals and a few of the students were challenged to design and create a tree using gumdrops and toothpicks!

Burnet CISD would like to welcome Allie Hampton to the District as she will serve as the Interim Principal at Quest High School for the Spring Semester! The recruitment for a permanent principal will take place this spring.

At the December 12th Board Meeting, three of our Burnet Middle School Students led the pledges to the flags.

Mrs. Denton held her annual Marley Christmas at Shady Grove this week. The students always look forward to this event and they were even more excited to hang out with her dogs who showed up in their Christmas pajamas!

Burnet CISD is proud to announce that Josh Albro has been selected to take on the role of Senior Director of Operations. This position will oversee the auxiliary functions of custodial services, maintenance services, grounds services, and transportation services for Burnet CISD. Albro has been with Burnet CISD for the past 9 years, and has served as the Director of Transportation for 5 years. “Josh is a proven leader, with a track record of focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, and customer service,” said Superintendent Keith McBurnett. “We are excited to have someone of Josh’s caliber to lead our auxiliary services.”
