Former longtime Burnet CISD teacher and administrator Shelley Reavis recently shared with the District a copy of the Burnet High School Football History 1898-1994 that she found among her mom's possessions. Click the story link to find a link to a PDF of the booklet.

Our 2nd grade UIL participants and medalists were recognized at an award ceremony! Second grade is the first year that students are eligible to participate in UIL events, and hats off to our SGE students who had the interest, courage, and commitment to participate in this year's UIL events! Our students traveled to Lampasas for a district UIL Meet, and our students made us proud!

Every 5th-grader set up a design to grow crystals and a few of the students were challenged to design and create a tree using gumdrops and toothpicks!

This year's theme is Forward, Together, which highlights the collaboration among school leadership, teachers, and parents on behalf of students.

Guided math small groups and a focus on fact fluency progress with Reflex Math are just a few ways our RJ Richey Bulldogs are building math skills and growing as mathematicians this December!

Burnet CISD would like to welcome Allie Hampton to the District as she will serve as the Interim Principal at Quest High School for the Spring Semester! The recruitment for a permanent principal will take place this spring.
