Grandmothers and Grandfathers filled up the hallways this week at each of our Elementary Schools to celebrate Grandparent's Day.

Students in 3rd-5th grade have recently participated in hands-on collaborative learning projects in all subjects.

Thursday evening, the community gathered for the Homecoming Parade on the Square. There were bows, bullpups and a lot of Bulldog Pride!

Our Transportation Department enjoyed taking part in the Homecoming Dress up days!

This summer included many Bond Construction Projects that took place all over the District. In order to make sure that each campus was ready for students on the first day of school, our Auxiliary Staff Members really stepped up to the plate!

As students returned to school, an old favorite popped up in classrooms throughout the building. Students and teachers are getting Science Notebooks set up and ready to record observations, findings, and conclusions for the many science experiments that students will experience this year.

After a read-aloud and suspenseful campus-wide search, Shady Grove kindergarten students located the Gingerbread Man who was “Loose in the School!” They used clues and environmental print to locate common places on campus.
